The latest digital song "Sunny" by Japanese rock band Yorushika, which consists of composer n-buna and singer suis, has a music video that was uploaded to their official YouTube page today. The song, which debuted digitally on January 5, serves as the opening theme for the current second season of the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.

The film is the fourth project that CG artist Kohta Morie (MORIE Inc.) has directed with Yorushika, after "Nautilus," "Spring Thief," and "Left-Right Confusion."

When n-buna-kun saw the finished video, his initial reaction was, "This is a great music video," Morie posted on his official Twitter. "It was really challenging to produce 'Sunny.'" Our drawings and Yorushika's sound entwined themselves like capillaries until, at last, the sound of birth emerged. I had the same reaction as n-buna-kun when I heard the sound. In honour of those who were unable to "clean the skies," we are presenting this film."
